A Bit About Me

I am a master of none. But I am a father, a photographer, a filmmaker, a music composer and a curious creator. I believe in learning by doing and taking up challenges. In my work, I deliver simple, straightforward and beautiful solutions. I love working alone, but there's nothing more valuable than a community and team effort. In my life, I strive to be a warm man who is punctual, reliable and accountable. I believe in my work and effort and know that I will be a great addition to a team of like-minded individuals!

Чужбина TV

I was the director of photography for the Russian speaking YouTube show, Чужбина TV. I started out as the second camera, then the first camera, then I was shooting the entire show alone until its end in February 2022. When I started, the channel had a little over 700 followers and just in one year it reached more than 18 000 subscribers.

Stanislife

I started my freelance project, working in photography, photo editing, video production, video editing, post-production. Started my own YouTube show in December 2021.

AM:PM Music

I was invited to consult on the Budapest based record label's social media communication in 2017. Later I was assigned to assist in content creation associated with the artists represented by the label. In 2018 I was promoted to be the label's creative director, supervising all visual content creation.

Adinno Online

I was working for my friend's startup, doing graphic design, and more specifically, brand identity, online and offline marketing content, product design, and product photography. I assisted the company in launching its youtube channel. I was the second employee hired to the company, which has tripled its turnover in the first two years, while I was employed. It was very inspiring to see a startup grow so fast, and that motivated me to adopt an entrepreneur mindset. Since I moved on, the company has continued to grow into an award-winning webshop.

Stas & Babylon Records

I've discovered electronic music for myself in 2010 when I was going to high school. I was experimenting with mixing ethnic sounds from around the world with contemporary electronic dance music compositions. In 2012 I had my first official release under my alias 'Stas' on streaming platforms and started DJ-ing which was my way of performing in front of a live audience. What I love the most about DJ-ing is the exchange of energy between me and the audience. After some time I decided to launch my own netlabel, 'Babylon Records' to have a space for my music and my audience which is just the way I want my music to be experienced. Even though it had 'Records' in its name, my label never produced physical releases, this was just for contextual purposes. Managing my own label was my biggest project connecting artists on an international scale, creating more than 80 releases. Between 2016-2018 as part of the label's activity in the local community, I was organizing live events in Budapest's different nightclubs featuring the label's own roster as well as international guest artists. My work in this project concluded shortly during the first wave of the Coronavirus pandemic when it became apparent that the music industry is not a safe place, where I can stay as a young father with fading interest in running a label.
